The aim of the project is to carry out applied research and development in key segments of the semiconductor value chain, eg. new materials with an overlap into quantum technologies, technologies for front-end production, instrumentation incl. electron microscopy and laser systems, wafer and chip diagnostics, low-power and radiationresistant microelectronics, sensors, optoelectronics, SoC with embedded intelligence, WBG-based power semiconductors, power electronics, intelligent power modules, integrated devices. The project will connect top academic and industrial partners, develop and verify prototypes and processes, ensure their commercialization and bring measurable outputs – patents, industrial applications and increased technological sovereignty of Czechia.
