MRI practical course

On April 3, 2024, the Department of Magnetic Resonance is organizing a practical workshop on opening the blood-brain barrier in mice using focused ultrasound followed by perfusion imaging using magnetic resonance.

The workshop is primarily aimed at preclinical researchers in neuroscience disciplines. In the morning, there will be a theoretical session where participants will learn about the principles of opening the blood-brain barrier using focused ultrasound, the basics of perfusion imaging, and a demonstration of data processing.

In the afternoon, a practical session will take place, including a tour of the laboratories at the Department of Magnetic Resonance ISI CAS.
